Linda Cole, here. I agree with most of what you wrote, But, being with the
company far longer than 1 yr., and having thousands of dollars taken away from
myself and my family in renewals, because of poor choices made by inexperienced
LTPC management, why should LTPC sales agents be penalized for doing a great
job, having a great rapport with clients, and bringing in money to LTPC. I
thought that's what we were hired to do. And, I turn, thought LTPC was and up and
up company, There are a million sales positions out there, but very few good
companies. For those agents that did well at LTPC, we have moved on to bigger
and better, but let's not forget that as a sales force we were wronged. If we
treated our clients in the same manner that we have been treated, we would
have to answer for it.
Why should the actions of a corporation differ from the actions of its
agents. We are all responsible for our own choices in life. But, let's not turn a
blind eye to a gross injustice to LTPC agents, through no fault of their own. If
Progeny wasn't making money, then let go of the LTPC ltc division, but why
steal our renewals too. Many lawyers looked at our contracts, while we
unknowingly were going to Integrity Selling mtgs. and sitting on the phone at 7:30AM,
weekly for sales pep talk mtgs.
This was probably in the works for a good year or so.
Progeny Mktg. did us a favor. Now, we have a chance to rise to our true
earning potential. Let's hope in years to come, we will all be in more secure
financial situation, and when this finally does play out, we can give a good laugh
and get what is ours.
Thanks for your email. You woke me up. When I have been wronged I recognize
it and take appropriate action.
Good luck to you.
