We can't sue Cendant for not being nice, and all the rest of the =
speculation I have been reading on this website is nonsense. I don't =
believe for a minute that the company had some sinister plot to spend a =
lot of money bringing people on board and training them because they =
wanted to cover up the fact they they were about to close operations. =20
Think about it.
Also understand that very few vested agents will want their renewals =
tied up for years in a class action law suit, so they are not likely to =
sign on to the class.

Lisa, I have been mostly made ill by the postings here over the last =
couple of months, but yours was a ray of sunshine. "Who Moved My Cheese" =
was an excellent example.
I have been in regular contact with the previous dozen or so "blue =
chip" ex-LTPCer's. What is common ground for ALL of them? They have =
moved on! They not only sensed the winds of change, they experienced it. =
They are ALL doing better than they were when the axe fell.
This entire endeavor in my opinion is based on greed. "If I jump on =
the band wagon, will i get some of the potential spoils?"=20
Many may argue, that the Ex "blue chippers" are vested, therefore =
not interested in a fight. Not true. Many were very close to another =
"level" of compensation, which would be equal to, or greater than what =
some here are striving for.
Lisa, you are right, everyone must proceed as they are convicted. I =
encourage everyone to seek their own justice. This is truely a free =
country. But I can't help but hearken back to some very interesting =
words of a former president of LTPC. "Berry, this organization was not =
designed for 9's and 10's, it was designed for 5's and 6's." I'm not =
sure he knew just how right he was. If he is viewing these postings, =
then he is probably grinning ever so slightly right now. 9's and 10's =
"TCB", 5's and 6's want someone else to "TCB" for them. It has always =
been true. (TCB=3D Take Care of Business).
Well Lisa, I feel much better. It breaks my heart to see some folks =
with so much potential waste so much valuable time.
One last thing. Even if there were rumblings about possible closure =
a year ago, companys should NOT stop hiring! I don't think anyone on =
this site thinks if was an "absolute" that LTPC was going down. There is =
much evidence to the contrary. So, you don't stop everyday operations, =
you scratch and claw and fight to keep things going. You don't get =
caught flat footed! No one was irreparably damaged.
Everyone knows how fast the years click by..........please use them =
wisely.
