Ben,

Then why call me a BRAGGART? (name calling) I was simply making a point =
and trying to inspire others to greatness.

You have done nothing but criticize my opinion and demean my message in =
sarcastic tones and name calling of your own.

I've stated legal premise and you say I persecuted you. I've challenged =
people to improve their lot in life and you mock me. You take general =
comments made to a group, and take it personally.=20

It appears (note: speculation, not accusation ) that the only opinion =
you can 'tolerate' is your own.=20

Bob

Richard -- There is no sense at this point to argue or try to reason. =
Everyone has his or her opinion, and that's the way it's going to be. =
We have to accept that, and move on with our efforts. I'm glad that =
there so many that are supporting an effort, while pursuing other =
endeavors, to see if we have any grounds for any legal action. I don't =
consider this a waste of time, and even if it was, my time is my time =
and no one has the right to criticize it, and we should not citicize =
others for their opinions, as well. Calling anyone a "loser" for =
pursuing a belief that is just and legal is just plain wrong. Shame on =
you.=20

I believe it would be interesting, however, if there can be an opinion =
rendered if renewals for vested agents are in jeopardy as a result of a =
class action suit. If there is a class action suit, doesn't that mean =
it's for the benefit of everyone, anyway?? Is everyone involved at that =
point anyway?? I don't know. If we do get a well-respected large law =
firm to accept this on a contingency basis, doesn't that add a lot of =
credibility to our efforts?? We have seen a lot of comments from the =
alum that state why we can't proceed with legal action. I ask the =
question, what is wrong with finding out, laying out our options, and =
proceeding as we wish?

Since I don't have to brag about what I make and what I do because (or =
who I hit the links with) I have high self-esteem for myself and am very =
good at what I do, I haven't stooped to this level, but to present the =
other side of the coin, here is my example. Since leaving LTPC, I have =
made over $16,000 all the while pursuing this endeavor. I channel my =
passion for long term care on the phone and in the home and leave my =
personal life, problems and negative baggage elsewhere. I don't believe =
anyone could be successful if they could not do that. My passion for =
fighting for what I believe is right and just is just as strong, and I =
am able to channel that when I need to and where I need to.

So, everyone, please stop the name calling. If you have a legal =
background, please, by all means, offer your opinion. State case law =
and not assumptions. Your choice -- join in or not -- but please allow =
those of us who choose to determine our legal options peace, and we will =
let those of you who choose not to join in the same peace. Thank you.=20

Interesting comments, but how would you classify some agent with =
$340,000 of business on the books that was a good loyal employee that =
might not get vested because of so little staff handling policies in =
home office and might lose thousands over the next ten years. Are they =
a 5 or a 6?
