A very good article about banks financial institutions selling insurance and 
working with agents directly.  Having their own sales force.  Is it a 
possibility that maybe Progeny needed to eliminate LTPC so that they might be able to 
establish insurance call centers for banks.  Just a thought.  the agents are 
still involved but work directly with banks.  

The question is if this has been the trend the last few years why did Progeny 
expand sales force and go against what they should have known?
