This was a copy of first letter that went out to attorney's a few weeks ago.
There have been many changes and additions to the original letter that will
go out to the law office that we have had discussions with. The new letter I
will not post at this time. It is much more detailed and has gone through many
revisions.

It took a little longer than expected to put together. I just want to thank
those that contributed to the information that is being sent out. The Law
firm that we are in contact with specializes in these type of cases. The
proverbial giant killer.

Whatever the answer is from this firm it will be posted here as soon as I get
it. If it is a positive result than maybe a committee should be formed that
can supply input and guidance. If there is no case, no recourse than that is
what we have to live with. It appears that there are tow avenues that might
offer remedy. One is the legal road, and the other is public opinion. We are
exploring both.

Everyone I speak with has moved on with life, so have I. glad to hear that.
Feels good to do what I love. Enjoy this business. Enjoyed the people I met
at LTPC. Great bunch of people. Many I spoke to this week have turned in
their first applications. It is good to hear that.

Sometimes there are principals in life that are worth investing time in, and
fighting for. I feel this issue warrants a little of my time. From the
comments I get I know that there are many that feel the same way.

I also believe that there are more ex agents out there that are not even
aware of our discussions. There are only 120 or so on this site. If you did not
sign on when the info was posted you do not even know these discussions are
taking place.

Looking forward to posting the results of our discussions with the firm. We
will see if we really have a leg to stand on.

Richard Moore
