There might be a very good legal issue here that is in your contract.  Go to 
section 5 non disclosure, go to paragraph B number 1.  It says that Directly 
or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit the sale of any product or service 
similar to products or services marketed by LTPC to any of the following:

The thing is that LTPC no longer exists.  You call them up for service and 
they answer the phone Progeny Marketing Innovation.  LTPC does not market 
anything, Does not market long term care insurance.  Out of the business.  

Like Doug I am not an attorney but this issue will be referred to an attorney 
for clarification.
