I agree with you, not everything was bad. A lot of good people at LTPC.
Learned a lot and decided to make a career of this. But that does not excuse
those that made decisions that affected many people. What about those new agents
hired in DEC, or Jan, or even Feb. They never even had a chance to train.
They wasted weeks even months for a position that was already a dead end.
I know that I am in a better position than I was before, but that still does
not excuse those that showed so little regard for agents like they were just
pawns in a game.
This is not about a company that lost money and went into bankruptcy. I can
understand that better. They showed no respect for some agents and that is
wrong.
