I agree with you, not everything was bad. A lot of good people at =
LTPC. Learned a lot and decided to make a career of this. But that does =
not excuse those that made decisions that affected many people. What =
about those new agents hired in DEC, or Jan, or even Feb. They never =
even had a chance to train. They wasted weeks even months for a =
position that was already a dead end. =20
I know that I am in a better position than I was before, but that =
still does not excuse those that showed so little regard for agents like =
they were just pawns in a game.
This is not about a company that lost money and went into bankruptcy. =
I can understand that better. They showed no respect for some agents =
and that is wrong.
