<...Another agents name on policy...>

How can LTPC legitimately service clients in states that require special =
certs, such as Partnership?

Realistically, it would seem that they must sell be selling =
book-of-business. (Why would retain a non-core business anyway?)

Would be interesting to note who new agency/agents are.

  Subject: [LTPC-discussions] LTPC legal update

For those that are interested in the legal issues of LTPC please read =
on. For those that are not concerned delete now.

Disclaimer: I am not an attorney, I have a life, I am married, have a =
mortgage and bills to pay, trying to earn a living, not waiting for =
money to drop from the sky, and I do not have 3 cheeks, well not yet. =20

Attorneys are still going over information. Should hear back by =
tomorrow or early next week. Will post as soon as I hear.

Regarding the service as promised after the 20th.

Has anyone had problems communicating with LTPC? When you call do =
they return any requests? Confirm anything about policies pending or =
requests by voice mail or email? Seems like I have heard quite a few =
people that are having difficulty. From what I have heard from people =
they are being told at home office not to talk to agents. Can anyone =
else verify? Please keep records or requests or when you left messages. =
Not too professional, policies mailed out, no chance to upgrade or =
explain. Another agents name on policy. Affinity partners did not =
contract for this kind of service, and it was not necessary. There are =
several agents out there trying to get over $350,000 to get vested. I =
hope they do not lose this due to any staffing problems. there are only =
two days that Progeny says they will count toward the $350,000 needed to =
get vested. If things are not posted correctly on those two days those =
agents are out of luck and $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. =20

Progeny has not even sent out a letter explaining anything to clients. =
Makes us look real professional. =20

Letters will go out to all board members of Cendant next week. I am =
curious if I will even get an answer.

Wishing all of you well, and remember assume the close.

  Richard Moore
