Dear William:

I have been in negotiations with a law firm the past several weeks.  There is 
a very good chance that they will take the case.  The firm has been doing 
background research into all the information I have sent to them.

As soon as I get an answer I will post it on the alums site.  Detailed 
letters on our situation have started to go out to all the board members of Cendant. 
 They should all have this by next week.  Have been doing this on my own.  Do 
not communicate with Doug. 

Soon as I have some answers I will post the results on the alums site.  At 
that time maybe we should have a separate site.  Maybe work with a small group 
that are interested in this.
