Hey Dave, =20

Good to see Bankers is treating you well. I too miss the team I worked =
with. I was wondering, however, have you noticed like the other =
ex-managers of LTPC that your renewals are about half of what you =
counted on upon leaving? I guess Progeny is going back through all the =
bad accounting procedures they had and doing audits. Another example of =
"the company's mistake, our problem." I imagine the company is probably =
holding the 2x4 over all the long-timers' heads that if the audit =
extended for a long period of time you could lose renewals altogether, =
or it could recoup the "overpays" all at once leaving alot of ex-agents =
with no renewals at all for a long period of time. What a shame =
treating loyal employees with such disregard -- but it's not about the =
money. I hope, if it comes to fruition, the class action helps everyone =
-- even those who have differing opinions. Take care and stay in touch.

Hey, Bette, how's it going? I hope things are working out at NY LTC.=20
I'm surprized that Progeny is reneging on you. Sorry to hear that.
Life at Bankers Life is just dandy with me, but I miss my old cronies.
  Give my best to Dan.

HI PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THE CLASS ACTION IS GOING FORWARD... I JUST =
RECEIVED NOTICE FROM LTPC REVERSING THEIR PRIOR COMMITMENT TO ME ON =
RENEWALS. ( I WAS HIRED UNDER THE OLD CONTRACT AND PLACED PLENTY OF =
BUSINESS UNDER IT BEFORE THEY CHANGED IT TO THE $350,000 PLACEMENT =
LEVEL. OF COURSE IT WOULD BE MORE PRUDENT TO GO WITH A CLASS ACTION VS. =
PRIVATE SUIT.
  ANY THOUGHTS WOULD BE HELPFUL.
