Disclaimer: I am not an attorney, I am not giving legal advice, I am =
seeking legal advice.
Letters have been going out to the Cendant Corporation Board Members. =
I have already heard back on several occasions. I am attaching the copy =
of the letter that has started to go out. I want to thank those that =
have helped me formulate a good letter that should get us some results. =
For obvious reasons I will not list those people. At the least Senior =
management has had to take notice of what has happened to LTPC and =
respond.
Heard from the law firm that has shown a great deal of interest in =
this case. they are still investigating and spending their own money =
and time on this. All I can say is that we do have a chance for a class =
action lawsuit. Soon as I get more information I will pass it on.
Please be patient, you might not hear from me for days and then a =
flurry of info. Your opinions are welcome.
