Regarding point #7 in your document, can you forward the April 20 =
termination document(s)?=20
Since I was not part of the April 20th crew that was terminated (ie. was =
of the March crew), I/we may not have received the [enclosed] "letter =
from Robert Forman and Dan Tarantin".
You expressed "...Seems like a conflict of interest...".
Well, it seems like an "SEC violation" -- unless there was previous =
supporting documentation describing what would appear to be a =
"significant" transaction of public company.=20
Yet the other question would be -- is there public documentation or =
filings available on Progeny, LTPC, "new agency" transactions?
Can anyone elighten on the genesis of LTPC and how it was brought into =
the fold of Cendant/Progeny?
Somethings not clear here re: ownership issues.
