[Scons-users] Using Linker Plugin with Scons

Just to follow up, I resolved this issue with the help of Sergey(loonycyborg).

The solution is to replace the 
    `-Xlinker -plugin -Xlinker /path/to/LLVMgold.so` 
construct with 
    `-Wl,-plugin,/path.to/LLVMgold.so`

With that change, everything works well. Thanks again.
