[Scons-users] [Scons-dev] Scons don't work correctly with submodules and overload procedures in fortran

Please move this discussion to the SCons Users mailing list as this is
about SCons use and not internal SCons development.
Also Please post a log of your scons build so we can see the errors you are
encountering.
