not sure if k.j.4.b......has been releasedin the states......perhaps jester 
will know,he seems to know alsot of relavant facts about also sorts...i 
suggest you ask him.........i do remember reading that someone a few days 
age did mention that they did get a copy of k.j.4.b   at tower records/time 
square .n.y......but still check with jester if you have no joy o.k.
