I liked the single, "Can't Stand Me Now," but the rest of the album --
which I picked up used based on the strength of the single and the
flowery prose from their producer, ex-Clash man Mick Jones --- is
really rather poor.
Someone just gave me the new Interpol for my birthday (Oct.13, you
forgetful gaggle of penises!). As long as you steer well clear of
Interpol's lyric sheet, they can be enjoyable to a degree....but oof
are they ever a boring live band.
