This is like your 8th post so far today. I can't post 15 times a day like you.
But I do remember the Bad Brains rastafarian hair thing
did sort of help influence another NY hardcore band not mentioned -
Nausea (dreadlocks now in punk rock, that is). I would LABEL that band
crust. Rastafarian skaters around that period, too -- Alva Skateboards
and it seemed to influence a lot of the design in the skate world.
Speaking of reminiscing -- a Pig Champion-less Poison Idea at Austin's SXSW this year. No Killing Joke... :<
