Fogarty is cool Steve Earle is good and has decent politics, but I have to make yet another ultra-embarrasing confession (even more emabarrasing than the "I don't get Tom 'criticts worship me' Waits")--I never could figure out the worship of Cash. He always sounded like a guy talking to me. My wife likes "Folsom Prison Blues" though...

I did have a chance to see Loretta Lynn recetnly and didn't --although I hear she' s pretty over the hill, but a few years ago did an album w/the White Stripes or something. Also, Emmylou Harris does quite a bit of stuff w/rockers (Elvis Costello, Jason, Steve Earle)...
