As for the gangs, think of what conditions some have grown up in. Born of violence. Their world view must be a wee bit 'skewed'. Hence, they are not going to give one flying f**k how they drive. Ya really think you're going to 'beat' any sense into this person?

This has been going on for many, many years. It just so happened that a 
camera was involved. I saw this live and to tell you the truth.... I have seen 
worse in L.A. then this!
 
The cop was an asshole and should have acted like a real cop and not 
have kicked the gang banger in the head. Nice tattoo on his neck by the
