The gangs in LA are crazy. They have grown in sizes which were nothing like 
 the 70's or 80's. There are a bunch of gang injunctions too against them 
and  shit seems to still jump off on incident people and what not. Personally 
the guy  was a scum bag, and that is all he knows is gang life and probably 
jail. God  knows where they get the police from?

This has been going on for many, many years. It just so happened that a  
camera was involved. I saw this live and to tell you the truth.... I have seen 
 worse in L.A. then this!
 
The cop was an asshole and should have acted like a real cop and not  have 
kicked the gang banger in the head. Nice tattoo on his neck by the  way. ;)
