Does the math work?  X amount of people using up Y time, Z cost of
rental space, ABC of needed hardware, D of shipping, E of insurance, F
of marketing, etc.  Maybe it could work but it's definitely non-trivial.
I think it could only happen in 'hub' cities like Seattle, where a bunch
of indies could pool resources.
